Whilst on patrol at the weekend in Woodville, officers from Swadlincote SNT had the pleasure of a meeting these young entrepreneurs who were using their own initiative to raise some funds for their holiday. We know that sometimes children across the country are given a certain reputation, but we think that this shows a lot about our young bright community within Swadlincote that are often not seen or heard about and this type of engagement is exactly what the safer neighbourhood team do, so spending a few minutes with them both was very much worth it, and the Haribo’s kept us going for the remainder of the day.
